Milwaukie Healing Place Clinic

We are on the second floor of the Healing Place. It is on the Providence Milwaukie Hospital campus. We are a short walk from the Residency Administration offices, Educational conference rooms, our Family Medicine Inpatient Service in the hospital and our hospital’s cafeteria.

We are a Tier 5 Patient Centered Medical Home with multidisciplinary teams supporting our patients and you as a provider. Our teams include Medical Assistants, Social Workers, Pharmacy PhD residents, Addiction Counselors and Integrated Behavioral Health. There is also a Patient Advisory Panel that truly adds our patient’s voice to how we provide care. We have a robust QI process in the clinics. Providence is dedicated to providing care to underserved populations and we have many unique services including SUD Substance Use Disorder clinics, Food as Medicine with our Community Food Kitchen and Cooking Matters classes. Providence Milwaukie Hospital and their Foundation support our residency. Many of our graduates remain and practice in the area after completing residency.

Southeast Clinic

Our Southeast Clinic serves the diverse population in SE Portland. We are located on the edge of a busy mall. Many of our visits are interpreted and common languages include Spanish, Vietnamese, Russian and other languages.
